At checkout, customers must enter a complete and accurate delivery address within Gurgaon; orders with addresses outside our serviceable area may be cancelled and refunded.
Order Processing & Cut-off

All products are freshly baked to order; processing time is typically 2–4 hours from order confirmation, subject to product type, order volume, and time of day.

Same-day delivery is generally available for orders placed within the operational hours mentioned on the website, but may be limited during peak days, special events, or high-volume periods.

Delivery Partners & Responsibility

Better Eats may fulfil deliveries using in‑house delivery staff and/or trusted third‑party logistics partners such as local courier and hyperlocal delivery services.

Once an order is handed over to the delivery partner at the correct address shared by the customer, risk and responsibility for delays caused by building security rules, unreachable phone numbers, or incorrect address details may shift to the customer.
Shipping Charges

In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts due to incorrect address, locked premises, security restrictions, or unreachable customer, the order may be marked as delivered/attempted, and re‑delivery may not be possible for perishable products.
Perishable Nature & Storage

Products sold by Better Eats are freshly prepared, perishable food items intended for prompt consumption and require appropriate storage as per instructions on the website or packaging.

Better Eats is not liable for quality deterioration, spoilage, or safety issues arising from delayed receipt, improper storage (such as non‑refrigeration where required), or consumption beyond recommended time frames.
Delays, Rescheduling & Non-availability
